Common Issues

Scene matching is not working

Make sure microphone permission is enabled, raise your device volume if you are identifying from another screen, and try again with less background noise.

The app cannot hear audio

Check your device settings to confirm Varse has microphone access. If permission is enabled, close and reopen the app.

The result looks wrong

Varse works best with clear dialogue. If a scene has music, overlapping voices, or very short speech, try capturing a longer or clearer moment.

You can delete your account directly in the Varse app. If you need help accessing your account or completing deletion, contact us at varseapp@gmail.com.
