Varse is an audio recognition application that identifies movies and television shows from spoken dialogue in real time. The service analyzes captured audio and attempts to match it with known media content.

Varse does not stream, host, or distribute full movies or television shows.

You agree to use Varse only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service in any way that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempts to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the service
• Interferes with or disrupts the operation of Varse

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Varse application, including software, branding, and design, are owned by Varse.

Movie and television titles, dialogue, and related content remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

No Guarantees

Varse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always identify media accurately or operate without interruption.

Recognition results may vary depending on audio quality, volume, background noise, and available dataset coverage.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the application.

Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Varse after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
