Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Varse, the Varse app, and the Varse website. By using Varse, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Varse Does

Varse helps you find the movie or TV show behind a scene, clip, or quote. You can choose to provide a short audio sample, and Varse will try to find a matching title or scene.

Varse identifies content. It does not give you the right to watch, copy, download, share, or distribute the movies, shows, music, or other content it identifies. Varse does not host or stream full movies or TV shows.

Accounts

Some Varse features may require an account. If you create one, you agree to provide information that is accurate and to keep your account details private. You are responsible for activity through your account.

You can ask us to delete your account and related information by using the available account controls or contacting us at varseapp@gmail.com.

Microphone and Audio

Varse needs microphone access when you use its audio identification feature. You choose whether to grant that permission. You may only provide audio that you have the right to use and that does not violate another person’s privacy or rights.

Do not use Varse to record or monitor people without permission, or to submit content in a way that breaks the law.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Varse lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

• Break the law or violate another person’s rights
• Submit audio or other material you are not allowed to use
• Copy, sell, or redistribute Varse without permission
• Interfere with Varse or use it to harm others
• Use Varse to send spam, abuse, or misleading requests

Ownership

Varse and its name, design, branding, and original content belong to Varse Labs, Inc. or the people who have licensed them to us. We give you permission to use Varse for its intended purpose. We do not transfer ownership of Varse to you.

Movie and TV titles, dialogue, clips, artwork, and other identified content belong to their respective owners. Varse does not claim ownership of that content.

Accuracy and Availability

Varse may not identify every clip or scene. Results can be wrong or incomplete, especially when audio is short, unclear, or mixed with background noise. You should check any result before relying on it.

We work to keep Varse available, but we cannot promise that every feature will always be available or work without interruption.

Third-Party Services

Varse may connect with services operated by other companies, such as the service you use to download the app or open identified content. Those companies have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for services or content that other companies provide.

Disclaimers and Liability

Varse is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not promise that every result will be accurate, that the service will meet every expectation, or that it will always be available.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Varse Labs, Inc. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses that result from your use of Varse.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access to Varse if you break these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for Varse or other people. You may stop using Varse at any time.

Changes to Varse or These Terms

Varse may change, pause, or discontinue features as the service develops. We may also update these terms. We will post updated terms on this page and change the date at the top. If you continue to use Varse after the update, the updated terms will apply to your use of the service.
